Notice: This English text is a reference translation provided for convenience. The Japanese version is the authoritative text, and it shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy. (Japanese original: プライバシーポリシー)

1. Operator Information

Snaion (the "Service") is operated by Japan Innovation Co., Ltd. (ジャパンイノベーション株式会社).

Contact: support@j-innovation.jp

2. Information We Collect

The Service collects the following information.

3. Purposes of Use of Information

4. Provision to Third Parties

The Service uses the following third-party services.

We do not provide personal information to any third party other than those listed above.

Of the above, the operations relating to OCR processing, translation processing, analytics, authentication and payment are entrusted by the Company to each of the respective companies.

4-2. Provision to Third Parties Located in Foreign Countries (Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data)

Each of the companies listed in Section 4 above is a business operator located in the United States. In connection with your use of the Service, your information may be processed on servers located in the United States.

5. Data Storage

6. Deletion of Data and Accounts

You may delete your account and related data at any time by the following methods.

When account deletion is executed, all of the following are deleted (and cannot be restored).

Please note that transaction records (billing and payment history) that we are required to retain under laws and regulations may be retained for the statutory period.

Automatic Deletion After a Prolonged Cancelled or Unsubscribed Period

This service stores text extracted from your photographs. The content varies by user and is not reviewed by us. Because retaining unused data indefinitely is not appropriate, accounts that remain for 90 consecutive days without a paid plan and without a free trial will have their data deleted automatically. While you are on a paid plan, your data is never deleted, regardless of how often you use the service.

Before deletion, we will notify you four times by email (when the account becomes subject to deletion, and 30 days, 7 days, and 1 day before deletion). We will also notify you once deletion is complete.

If you resume use during this period, for example by subscribing to a paid plan or starting a free trial, the scheduled deletion will be cancelled.

What is deleted and what is retained is the same as described under "Account Deletion" above. Please note that events, tasks, and scan results shared with a group are not deleted. Once shared, such content belongs to the group as a whole, so the content itself is retained and only the author's name is replaced with "A member who left" (it will no longer be possible to identify who created it). This prevents the remaining members' schedules from disappearing without warning.

7. Cookies

The Service uses session information for Firebase authentication. In addition, the Service uses Google Analytics in order to analyze how the Service is used, and obtains identifiers by means of cookies.

We do not use cookies for advertising purposes.

If you wish to disable the collection of information by Google Analytics, please use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on provided by Google, or disable cookies in your browser settings. If you disable cookies in your browser settings, some functions of the Service (such as staying logged in) may become unavailable.

8. Security

We implement appropriate security measures such as SSL/TLS encrypted communication, Firebase security rules, and server-side API authentication.

9. Use by Minors

Persons under 16 years of age should use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian.

10. Changes to This Policy

This Policy will be revised as necessary. In the event of a material change, we will give notice within the Service.
