| Payment Timing |
· Registration of a credit card is required when applying for the free trial (7 days) · The first payment is made automatically 7 days after the trial starts. Thereafter, the subscription renews automatically every 30 days · If you cancel during the trial period (within 7 days), no charge whatsoever will be incurred (¥0) · Add-on pack: charged immediately at the time of purchase |
| If Payment Cannot Be Confirmed | If payment (credit card payment) cannot be confirmed, we will provide a grace period of approximately 7 days. If your card information is not updated during this period, use of the paid features will be temporarily suspended. Your data will not be deleted, and once payment resumes you may continue to use the Service with the same account. |

| Free Trial | For 7 days from new registration, you may use the equivalent of the Light plan (50 uses per cycle) free of charge. Registration of a credit card is required in order to use it. If you cancel during the trial period (within 7 days), no charge will be incurred. After the period ends, you will be charged automatically at the Light plan rate. The free trial applies to the Light plan only. The Standard and Max plans are not eligible for the free trial and are charged from the time you sign up (you may upgrade during or after the trial). Payment is by credit card only. |
| Cancellation Method |
You may cancel at any time by accessing the Stripe customer portal from "Settings" → "Manage subscription" within the app. Even after cancellation, you may continue to use the paid features until the end of the current 30-day cycle. |
| Refund and Cancellation Policy |
Add-on packs can be used only while you have an active plan. If your plan ends following cancellation, or if you delete your account, any remaining uses are forfeited and cannot be refunded (except in the cases described below). Due to the nature of the Service, as a general rule we do not accept refunds after payment has been completed (including unused add-on uses). However, please contact us individually in the following cases. · Where the Service could not be used normally for reasons attributable to us (such as a serious malfunction of the Service) · Obvious payment errors such as duplicate charges · Other cases where a refund is required by law For refund inquiries, please contact support@j-innovation.jp. |
